The Town of Murphy works hard to keep administrative costs to a minimum for businesses and residents. Three full-time employees manage city hall.  Office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.; closing 12-1 for lunch. Town Hall offices are closed for certain Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving, and three days for Christmas.
