|Sealed bids for the sale by the Town of Murphy of 18.88 acres, more or less, Murphy Township, Cherokee County, North Carolina, a portion of which joins North Carolina Secondary Road No. 1365 commonly known as Reservoir Road near the entrance to Tanglewood Subdivision, are invited and will be received by the Town of Murphy until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, the 5th day of November/ 2020. Immediately thereafter all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.|
