Town contractors will conduct more testing this week. No planned water outages are scheduled. Parking interruptions should be temporary. Beginning Thursday evening, Feb.15, contractors will begin work to tie in services to the new water mains. Service tie-ins will continue through next week, Feb. 18-23, with work occurring from 7 p.m. through 7 a.m. Please contact manager [at] townofmurphync.com or 828-837-2510, ext. 4 for questions about the work schedule.
